The legal consequences in case of lack or inadequacy of labor registration are also analyzed by determining the different options workers have in the various situations that can be presented. Reference is made to jurisprudence in relation to the different situations that are considered. Se analizan los requerimientos legales para la correcta registración laboral teniendo en cuenta las distintas leyes que establecen tales requisitos, reseñando la tendencia protectora del contrato de trabajo emergente de las mismas. Se analizan también las consecuencias jurídicas de la falta de registración laboral o de su insuficiencia determinando las opciones que tienen los trabajadores frente a la diversidad de supuestos que pueden operar. Se refiere jurisprudencia relacionada con distintos supuestos considerados.
