The paper focuses on the recognition of language as a tool capable of inducing behaviors and transforming behavior patterns at work, justice, education, science; and analyzes the role of public policies and gender perspective programs in the dissemination and implementation of those fundamental rights that are protected by the Argentine’s National Constitution. Este estudio tiene por objeto analizar el rol que juegan los recursos lingüísticos inclusivos en la transformación del sistema normativo argentino y el sistema de relaciones que este regula. El artículo se centra en el reconocimiento del lenguaje como herramienta capaz de inducir comportamientos y transformar patrones de conducta en el trabajo, la justicia, la educación, la ciencia; y de esta manera analiza el rol de las políticas públicas y los programas con perspectiva de género en la difusión e implantación de aquellos derechos fundamentales que se encuentran amparados por la Constitución Nacional Argentina.
