Inscribed in the theoretical framework of chomskian Generative Grammar and, particularly, in the Principles and Parameters approach (P&P), it was oriented to the resolution of a practical question. I was particularly interested in the application in the Basic Cycle of Secondary Education of an approach to grammar based on the lexicon and in interrelation with syntax, such as that proposed by generative theory. It is necessary to emphasize, on the other hand, that the application to teaching that I proposed has not considered the didactics, that is, the clarification of the procedures, as well as the implementation in the classroom. My objective has always been a proposal at the content level, exclusively, from the theoretical framework of Generative Grammar, as a contribution to the Secondary school teacher, and based on this, all attempts at procedural and attitudinalsobjectives have been put aside, involved in any teaching and learning process Este artículo presenta el recorrido de la investigación realizada en el marco de mi Trabajo Final de Licenciatura para optar al grado en Letras. Inscripto en el marco teórico de la Gramática Generativa chomskiana y,  particularmente, en el modelo de Principios y Parámetros (P&P), se orientó a la resolución de una cuestión práctica. Me interesó,  particularmente, la aplicación en el Ciclo Básico de la Educación Secundaria de un enfoque de la gramática a partir del léxico y en interrelación con la sintaxis, como es el propuesto por la teoría generativa. Es necesario destacar, por otra parte, que la aplicación a la enseñanza que me propuse no ha considerado la didáctica, es decir, la explicitación de los procedimientos, como así tampoco la  implementación en el aula. Mi objetivo ha sido siempre una propuesta a nivel de contenidos, exclusivamente, desde el marco teórico de la Gramática Generativa, en tanto un aporte al docente de la escuela Secundaria; y en función de ello ha sido dejado de lado todo intento de objetivos procedimentales y actitudinales implicados en cualquier proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje.
