The secret records from the military governmentwas the organizational and institutional place where these rules came from. Although such ruleswere used in a normative way, it is important to see them from an ideological point of view toobserve the relationship between civil-military disciplinary power, which tried to become legalin order to institutionalize political violence, fear and terror among people. La institucionalización de la violencia política por parte de la dictadura cívico-militar chilena,se desarrolló en sus inicios a través de los Bandos Militares y Decretos Leyes; es decir,dispositivos legales y jurídicos a través de los cuales se expresó la represión tras el golpe deEstado de 1973, siendo en ese contexto las Actas Secretas de la Junta Militar el espacio orgánicoe institucional desde donde emanaban estas disposiciones. Si bien este tipo de medidas seenmarcan en un aspecto normativo, no es menor la lectura ideológica que se debe hacer de ellas,para de esa forma observar aquellas relaciones del poder civil y militar disciplinario, quebuscaron su legitimidad a través de una determinada legalidad que terminó por institucionalizarla violencia política, el miedo y terror en la población Facultad de Filosofía y Humanidades.
