El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo reflexionar sobre algunas de las implicancias que la pandemia por COVID-19 proyectósobre el encuentro clínico y, en particular, cómo la actual situación ha influido sobre la confidencialidad. Un estudio desde la Bioéticay el Derecho nos permite analizar interrogantes que, o bien la situación de excepcionalidad trajo consigo o bien ya existían, pero fueron develados en este tiempo.
