La lucha por el derecho a la interrupción voluntaria del embarazo —cuya legalización nos pone de cara a nuevos desafíos y a nuevas formas de continuar y extender todas las acciones de educación, acompañamiento, información, promoción que han empujado justamente a la sanción de la Ley—ha tenido una trama de elaboración colectiva que en los últimos añosse constituyó en uno de los reclamos más potentes de diversos movimientos feministas.Este camino se urdió en distintos espacios: las calles, la vida cotidiana, las instituciones, asumiendo lo que implica la salud no sólo como derecho, sino como terreno de disputa de representaciones, ideas y prácticas que teje cuestiones personalísimas con cuestiones sociales y de interés público.Desde la consigna de “mi cuerpo es mío” y el planteo de los abortos inseguros como problema de salud pública, se ha discutido la visibilización de una práctica ancestral y la manera enla que el Estado debe reconocer ese derecho personal, que es político, asumiéndolo comoparte del derecho a la salud y garantizándolo para los cuerpos gestantes.A pocos meses de aprobada la Ley 27.610 en Argentina, invitamos a referentes con distintastrayectorias de militancia en relación con la Campaña por el Aborto Legal, a compartir enuna entrevista colectiva sus perspectivas acerca de la dimensión social de este derecho ysu vínculo con un proyecto colectivo de salud, puntualizando en qué desafíos y exigenciasplantea esta nueva etapa a las distintas instituciones públicas (sanitarias, educativas, de justicia) y particularmente a la universidad pública. A luta pelo direito à interrupção voluntária da gravidez - cuja legalização nos coloca diante de novos desafios e novas formas de continuar e ampliar todas as ações de educação, acompanhamento, informação, promoção que levaram precisamente à sanção da Lei - teve uma elaboração coletiva que nos últimos anostem sido uma das mais poderosas demandas de vários movimentos feministas.Este caminho tem sido tecido em diferentes espaços: as ruas, a vida cotidiana, as instituições, assumindo o que a saúde implica não apenas como um direito, mas também como um campo de disputa de representações, idéias e práticas que tecem questões pessoais com questões sociais e de interesse público.A partir do slogan "meu corpo é meu" e da proposta de abortos inseguros como um problema de saúde pública, tem sido discutida a visibilidade de uma prática ancestral e a forma como o Estado deveria reconhecer esse direito.a forma como o Estado deve reconhecer este direito pessoal, que é político, assumindo-o como parte do direito à saúde eo direito à saúde e garantindo-o às mulheres grávidas.Alguns meses após a aprovação da Lei 27.610 na Argentina, convidamos referências com diferentes trajetórias de militância emdiferentes trajetórias de ativistas em relação à Campanha pelo Aborto Legal, para compartilhar em uma entrevista coletiva suas perspectivas sobre osuas perspectivas sobre a dimensão social deste direito e sua ligação com um projeto coletivo dee sua ligação com um projeto de saúde coletiva, apontando os desafios e exigências que esta nova etapa representa para oEsta nova etapa se coloca às diferentes instituições públicas (saúde, educação, justiça) e particularmente à universidade pública.
