description Our research group started working in 2010 whit the name “Representations of Othernesses, Aesthetic Experimentations and Changes in the Argentine Literary System (since 1940 up to the Present)”. We started the study of two concepts: the poetic-literary and discursive genres relationship; and reflection on the problem of identities –as open constructions– in relation to otherness, thinking the importance of writing in the construction of poetic that dialogues with discursive genres. All this from a dialogue between Latin American literary theory –with the concepts Heterogeneity ad Transculturation– and the international theory –with the concepts Otherness, Identity, Subalternity. The temporal choice of our work arises from to the appearance of conflicting images of the other in relation to the self in Argentine History from the 1940s, after political-social conflicts that acquire artistic-cultural correlates. From 2018 the group was called “Canon and Out Margin in the Argentine Literary System from 1940 to the Present. Literary Space and Construction of Otherness and Cultural Identities” working further on the previous research. Thus, questions were emphazised such as the tensions among canon/corpus/archive tensions and the interaction between canons and literary and discursive margins.

Nuestro equipo de investigación comenzó a trabajar en 2010 bajo el nombre “Representaciones de otredades, experimentaciones estéticas y cambios en el sistema literario argentino (desde 1940 al presente)”. Así, iniciamos el estudio de dos categorías: la dialéctica poéticas-géneros literarios y discursivos; la reflexión en torno a la problemática de las identidades —pensadas como construcciones abiertas— en relación con las otredades, considerando la crucial importancia de la escritura en la construcción de poéticas que dialogan con los géneros discursivos. Todo esto está pensado desde una puesta en diálogo de la teoría literaria latinoamericana —con sus nociones de heterogeneidad y transculturación— y la teoría de otros puntos planetarios —desde las categorías de otredad, identidad y subalternidad—. El recorte temporal de nuestro trabajo responde al surgimiento de imágenes conflictivas del otro en relación con los yoes en la historia argentina a partir de la década de los cuarenta, tras polarizaciones político-sociales que adquieren a la vez correlatos artístico-culturales. Desde 2018, el equipo tomó la denominación “Canon y margen en el sistema literario argentino desde 1940 al presente. Espacio literario y devenir de otredades e identidades culturales”, profundizando las indagaciones precedentes. Así se sumaron interrogantes tales como las tensiones canon/corpus/archivo y la interacción entre cánones y márgenes literarios y discursivos.
