description A series of television spots that the Frente de Todos coalition broadcast for the 2019 Buenos Aires Province elections introduced an element into the visual frame which attracted certain degree of media attention. There are about a car in which the leader of the political binomial, Axel Kicillof, toured the insides of Buenos Aires in order to make his party retake power on that territory, after a period of four years governed by the political coalition Cambiemos. In our study, we believe appropriate to examine, from that vehicle and other surface operators, the diegesis that went through the propaganda announcements that we could call Arriving, because the elements, spaces and situations that makes them up reveal a connoted meaning that is broader than the meeting between the candidates and the voters. The methodology consisted in the realization of a corpus of observation units, according to the plot dimension that unifies them and the referential spaces in which the plot of the spots takes place. The expected impact consists in a study of the political spots’ visual frame, due to that technical devices of propaganda concerning electoral party politics constitute pertinent samples to examine a substantial aspect of contemporary visual culture.

Una serie de avisos televisivos que el Frente de Todos difundió en las elecciones bonaerenses de 2019 introdujo un elemento sobre la banda de imagen que concitó cierta atención en los medios de prensa. Se trata de un automóvil con el cual el líder del binomio, Axel Kicillof, recorrió el interior de la Provincia de Buenos Aires con el objeto de que el espacio político que representaba recuperase el gobierno de dicho territorio, tras un período de cuatro años administrado por la coalición Cambiemos. En nuestro estudio creemos oportuno examinar, a partir de aquel vehículo y otros operadores de superficie, la diégesis que atravesó los anuncios que podríamos denominar Llegando, debido a que los elementos, espacios y situaciones que los conforman revelan un sentido connotado más amplio que el encuentro entre los candidatos y los electores. La metodología consistió en la realización de un corpus de unidades de observación, de acuerdo a la dimensión argumental que las unifica y a los espacios referenciales en los cuales acontece la trama de los spots. El impacto que se espera obtener consiste en un estudio de la banda de imagen de los avisos, debido a que los dispositivos técnicos de propaganda concernientes a la política partidaria electoral constituyen muestras pertinentes para examinar un aspecto sustancial de la cultura visual contemporánea. Uma série de anúncios de televisão que a Frente de Todos transmitiu nas eleições de 2019 em Buenos Aires introduziu um elemento sobre a faixa de imagem que atraiu alguma atenção da mídia. É um carro com o qual o líder do binômio, Axel Kicillof, percorreu o interior da Província de Buenos Aires para que o espaço político que representava recuperasse o governo do referido território, após um período de quatro anos administrado pelo Cambiemos aliança. Em nosso estudo acreditamos ser oportuno examinar, a partir daquele veículo e de outros operadores de superfície, a diegese que passou pelos anúncios que poderíamos chamar de Chegando, pois os elementos, espaços e situações que os compõem revelam um significado conotado mais amplo que o encontro . entre candidatos e eleitores. A metodologia consistiu na realização de um corpus de unidades de observação, de acordo com a dimensão da trama que as unifica e os espaços referenciais em que se dá a trama das manchas. O impacto esperado consiste em um estudo da faixa imagética dos anúncios publicitários, uma vez que os dispositivos técnicos de propaganda sobre a política partidária eleitoral constituem amostras pertinentes para examinar um aspecto substancial da cultura visual contemporânea.
