In the first place, the novel is presented in the context of the Argentinian editions. Then we describe and analyze the four procedures done for the adaptation of the film regarding sexual diversity. In order to analyze these changes, we consider the works by Didier Eribon (2001) and Paula Sibilia (2009). __ ARK: http://id.caicyt.gov.ar/ark:/s22504524/nn2q3kq8x El presente trabajo aborda las variaciones operadas a partir de la novela juvenil Simon vs. The homo sapiens agenda de Becky Albertalli (2015), para su adaptación cinematográfica: Yo soy Simon (título original: Love, Simon), de Greg Berlanti (2018). Para ello,  en primer lugar, se presenta la novela en el marco del mercado editorial con énfasis en el ámbito argentino. A continuación, se describen y analizan los cuatro grandes procedimientos realizados en la adaptación cinematográfica en relación con la diversidad sexual y la intimidad.
