The text problematizes the situation of agents framed in undefined work categories, in which the scope of the work is not clearly stated. a work that in practice then far exceeds the contractual clauses, and proposes dimensions of analysis and pending debates in order to collaborate in the construction of an agenda discussion agenda that systematizes the worker's actions in distance education, placing it within a framework fair legal and protection of their rights. Desde el supuesto según el cual la educación mediada por tecnologías requiere trabajo interdisciplinario, el artículo comparte reflexiones surgidas del diálogo con trabajadores de la educación a distancia en instituciones de nivel superior de Córdoba (Argentina) que dan cuenta del desamparo legal en el que desarrollan sus tareas, ya que pese a los requerimientos de la tarea colaborativa, a la elevada profesionalización de los equipos y las complejas habilidades implicadas, es limitado su reconocimiento. El texto problematiza la situación de los agentes encuadrados en categorías laborales indefinidas, en las cuales no se explicita claramente el alcance de un trabajo que, en cambio, en la práctica supera con creces las cláusulas contractuales. También, propone dimensiones de análisis y debates pendientes a fin de colaborar en la construcción de una agenda de discusión que sistematice las acciones del trabajador en educación a distancia, encuadrándolo en un marco legal justo y de amparo de sus derechos.
