The first approach was achieved through interviews with territorial references and via direct observation. In a second instance, a survey was carried out using tools for family practice, and a meeting was arranged for the return, exchange and collective construction of the MPC. In this process, the community identified the need to be organized around environmental issues such as garbage management, and to create meeting spaces that would strengthen ties and improve communication with neighbors, while contributing to overall well-being. It can be  concluded that achievements in the realm of the collective problematization of environmental issues, the organization of workshops involving local neighbors, the insertion of the proposed task in the dynamics of the neighborhood, and the resignification of this experience in our training as family physicians need to be highlighted and valued. En el marco de la propuesta de abordaje comunitario de la Carrera de Especialización de Medicina General y de Familia de la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba (UNC), se definió un sector del barrio Villa el Libertador como Espacio Poblacional de Cuidados (EPC). El objetivo principal de la tarea fue elaborar colectivamente una Matriz de Procesos Críticos a partir de la cual se realizó un análisis del Perfil Epidemiológico de este grupo poblacional y se generaron estrategias para aumentar los procesos protectores y disminuir los deteriorantes. El primer acercamiento fue a través de entrevistas a referentes territoriales y observaciones directas. Luego se realizó un relevamiento utilizando herramientas de la medicina familiar y se convocó una reunión para la devolución, intercambio y construcción colectiva de la MPC. En este proceso se identificó comunitariamente la necesidad de organizarse en torno a problemáticas medioambientales y crear espacios de encuentro que permitieran fortalecer lazos y mejorar la comunicación con los vecinos, a la vez que contribuyan al bienestar integral.Como conclusión se puso en valor la capacidad colectiva de problematizar desde la determinación social de la salud, la concreción de talleres participativos, la inserción de la tarea propuesta en la dinámica barrial, y la resignificación de esta experiencia en la formación como médicos generales y de familia.
