The author argues that, although the updating is necessary, the reform must be comprehensive and complete and not a set of hasty amendments isolated from the normative context. The reform must be elaborated with a deep study carried out by recognized jurists conformed in a commission that does not surpass the three members and that, as well, receives the contribution of the specialists, institutions, magistrates, lawyers, administrative officials or any citizen with knowledge on the subject.This is for the purpose of elaborating an ordered and systematized body of laws to integrate a Code that can be considered the most perfected document of legislative attempts. trough this work, it is made known the conditions for this that the author makes, as a modest contribution for the proposed objective. El presente trabajo comenta los cambios legislativos que actualmente buscan el Estado y los sindicatos, a los fines de una reforma sustantiva y adjetiva del Derecho del Trabajo, por cuanto la vigente se entiende que no regula ni garantiza adecuadamente el futuro de los trabajadores. El autor sostiene que, si bien la actualización es necesaria, la reforma debe ser integral y completa y no un conjunto de enmiendas precipitadas y aisladas del contexto normativo. La reforma debe ser elaborada con un profundo estudio efectuado por juristas reconocidos conformados en una comisión que no supere los tres miembros y que, a su vez, reciba el aporte de los especialistas, instituciones, magistrados, abogados, funcionarios administrativos o cualquier ciudadano con conocimiento sobre la materia. Ello a los fines de elaborar un cuerpo ordenado y sistematizado de leyes para integrar un Código que pueda ser considerado el documento más perfeccionado de los intentos legislativos. Se hace saber a través de este trabajo los condicionamientos para ello que el referido autor efectúa, como modesto aporte para el objetivo propuesto.
