description This article is the collection of theoretical reflections that resulted from the Project “10 Meninas na Construção dos Amanhãs”, a partnership of the Population Fund of the United Nations with the Museum of Tomorrow, located in the city of Rio de Janeiro - Brazil. The Project consisted of educational actions carried out with 10-year-old girls living in different places of the city to discuss fundamentally their conditions. Therefore, during the meetings, actions were proposed that aimed to discuss the stereotypes related to the image of women, the wage differences between genders and present the trajectory of important women in history. In this Project we also held the Seminar “10 - Meninas na Construção dos Amanhãs”, which was attended by experts and representatives of the Population Fund of the United Nations. If the Museum presents itself as a body politic in favour of equity, the events that took place here sought to move comfort zones. In this sense, these events were constituted as actions that intend to advance in the direction of a more just society for believing in gender equity and social inclusion as premises and ideological construct.

Este artículo es la recopilación de reflexiones y marcos teóricos que resultaron del Proyecto 10 Construcción de Niñas del Mañana; una asociación entre el Fondo de Población de las Naciones Unidas y el Museo del Mañana, ubicado en la ciudad de Río de Janeiro, Brasil. El proyecto consistió en actividades educativas realizadas con 10 niñas de 10 años que vivían en diferentes partes de la ciudad para discutir fundamentalmente su condición de niñas. Por lo tanto, durante las reuniones, se propusieron acciones para discutir los estereotipos relacionados con la imagen de la mujer, la brecha salarial de género, presentar la trayectoria de mujeres importantes en la historia y construir con estas niñas perspectivas de sus deseos para cuando son Mujeres adultas En este proyecto también realizamos el Seminario 10 - Las niñas en la construcción del mañana, al que asistieron expertos en el tema y representantes del Fondo de Población de las Naciones Unidas. Si el Museo se presenta como un cuerpo político a favor de la equidad, los eventos que tuvieron lugar aquí buscaron desplazar las zonas de confort. En este sentido, estos eventos se constituyeron como acciones que pretenden avanzar hacia una sociedad más justa al creer en la equidad de género y la inclusión social como premisas y construcción ideológica. Este artigo é a reunião de reflexões e arcabouços teóricos que resultaram do Projeto 10 Meninas da Construção dos Amanhãs; uma parceria do Fundo de Populações da Organização das Nações Unidas com o Museu do Amanhã, localizado na cidade do Rio de Janeiro - Brasil. O projeto consistiu em ações educativas realizadas com 10 meninas de 10 anos moradoras de locais distintos da cidade para debatermos fundamentalmente suas condições como meninas. Por isso, durante os encontros, foram propostas ações que pretendiam discutir os estereótipos relacionados a imagem da mulher, as diferenças salariais entre os gêneros, apresentar a trajetória de mulheres importantes na história, além de construir com estas meninas perspectivas de seus desejos para quando forem mulheres adultas. Nesse projeto realizamos também o Seminário 10 - Meninas na Construção dos Amanhãs, que contou com a participação de especialistas sobre o tema e representantes do Fundo de Populações da ONU. Se o Museu se apresenta como corpo político em prol da equidade, os eventos acontecidos aqui buscaram deslocar zonas de conforto. Nesse sentido, estes eventos constituíram-se como ações que pretendem avançar na direção de uma sociedade mais justa por acreditar na equidade de gênero e na inclusão social como premissas e constructo ideológico.
