The research was planned at different times,the first one, in which a survey was conducted to know the web tools that students use most frequently, to generate strategies that contemplate their use, attending to the competences according to their professional profile. The second moment was the implementation of the strategies proposed, and finally a stage of evaluation of the results obtained to know the fulfillment of expectations and improvements to be made. In this paper the problem is described, moments of the experience and the results are detailed. El presente trabajo está inmerso en el marco de un proyecto de investigación que propone entre sus objetivos definir estrategias de implementación y uso de las herramientas web 2.0 que conforman los entornos personales de los alumnos, para facilitar no solo el acceso al conocimiento sino también el desarrollo de las competencias necesarias en su futura vida profesional. La investigación se planificó en distintos momentos. En el primero se confeccionó una encuesta para conocer las herramientas web que los alumnos utilizan con mayor frecuencia con el fin de generar estrategias que contemplen su uso, atendiendo a las competencias acordes a su perfil profesional. El segundo momento fue la puesta en práctica de las estrategias y, finalmente, una etapa de evaluación de los resultados obtenidos para conocer el cumplimiento de expectativas y mejoras a realizar. En este trabajo se describe la problemática, los distintos momentos de la experiencia y se detallan los resultados obtenidos.
