To answer the question, we review the recent history of Peru since 1990 with history of concepts key. The history of concepts is a tool for critical reflection, it opposes the analysis of the facts, ruptures and continuities; by the contrary, the history of concepts offers us a vision of lasting structures and changes in the horizons of sense. It allows us to understand the meaning of the Peruvian economic miracle and identify the aporia that constitutes it: the ahistoricity. Este trabajo se articula al rededor de una pregunta presente hoy en día en el escenario político peruano: ¿por qué en el Perú de hoy se describe a la economía como un milagro? Para responder al interrogante revisamos la historia reciente del Perú desde 1990 en clave histórico conceptual. La historia conceptual es herramienta para la reflexión crítica, se opone al análisis de los hechos, las rupturas y continuidades; por el contrario, la historia conceptual nos ofrece una visión sobre las estructuras duraderas y las transformaciones en los horizontes de sentido. Ella nos permite develar el significado del milagro económico peruano e identificar la aporía que lo constituye: la ahistoricidad. Facultad de Filosofía y Humanidades.
