| 520 | |a Comprendiendo las escalas actuales de los movimientos teóricos universales y las problemáticas que ocasionan las implicancias que se desempeñan como autor ciudadano e institucional dentro de un arquetipo universal del hombre, se pretende enfrentar la regionalización del paradigma y su encuentro con el territorio, perteneciente a sus idiosincrasias particulares, ajustando y construyendo instrumentos que se ponen a disposición para la gestión y ejecución física sobre la historia, considerándola como el reflejo visible de los actos trascurridos. Para construir este conjunto teórico cambiante de la praxis, se pretende ahondar en las capacidades de los estrategas que existen dentro de la gestión urbana y en la identificación de ellos para potenciarlos como “innovadores” sociales, sean personas físicas pertenecientes o no a entidades Municipales e Institucionales, haciendo posible la generación activa y permanente de un cambio trascendente en la estructura urbana, en conjunto con un aporte sociocultural necesario e invaluable para su desarrollo. Las temáticas abordadas se centran en la identificación de los diversos recursos como instrumentos potenciales estratégicos utilizados para la planificación urbana, que le generan vida y desarrollo en la medida que se aplican con conocimientos y destrezas de organización, capaces de impulsar un cambio desde las personas, como partícipes colectivos socioculturales, con capacidades y recursos legales, jurídicos, articuladores, prácticos y ejecutivos. Constituyendo una apertura educativa al entender el contexto de innovadores que actúan desde sus ámbitos, generando vínculos instrumentales que permiten encontrar conocimientos, saberes, diferentes razonamientos socio culturales, sirviendo en muchos de los casos emparentados con situaciones similares que enfrentan los países de Latinoamérica, construido bajo un enfoque partícipe en la Municipalidad de Trenque Lauquen, y su gran capital histórico que se ha construido a lo largo de sus gestiones. | ||

To construct this theory becomes practice, it delves into the capabilities of the strategists that exist within urban management and identifying them to empower them as "social innovators" are individuals belonging to governmental and non-governmental, enabling the active and ongoing generation of a significant change in the urban structure, together with a necessary and invaluable contribution sociocultural development. The thematic focus on identifying the various resources as strategic potential instruments used for urban planning, that generate life as applied to knowledge and organizational skills, able to push a change from the people, and collective participants sociocultural, legal capabilities and resources, articulators, practical and executives.
