We discuss the validity of the Galilei invariance in nuclei. The experimentally measured changes in the dipole energy weighted sum rule, due to their magnitude, cannot be explained only by the relative motion of protons and neutrons. | Sumario: | We discuss the validity of the Galilei invariance in nuclei.
