A very simple interaction is introduced which allows one to analyze these effects independently of the particle basis involved. It is shown that schematicity results in a great enhancement of collective transition rates, but that the energetic trend in the rare-earth and transuranic regions is not appreciably affected. © 1972. |l eng | |
