Como lo han señalado los jóvenes que iniciaron este estado de rebeldía, no son treinta pesos, en alusión al aumento del valor del transporte metropolitano, son treinta años a la sombra de una dictadura cuya principal herencia es la Constitución de 1980, y su ya famoso Tribunal Constitucional, una real tercera Cámara. | |
