Sumario:Two cases of auricular myxoma with systolic clicks are described. In one of them the tumor was situated in the right atrium and a mesosystolic click was presented. The latter was generated by the stroke of the tumoral mass against the auricular wall, this being provoked by the blood jet, a consequence of the important tricuspid insufficiency present. The other case presented a left auricular myxoma with a protosystolic click following the first cardiac sound. This click was originated by the stroke of the tumor against the closed mitral valve. Frequency and type of clicks presented in this disease are described.
