Sitosterol 3-O-α-D-xyluronofuranoside from Bauhinia candicans
Aerial parts of Bauhinia candicans afforded a novel steroidal glycoside identified as sitosterol 3-O-α-D-xyluronofuranoside. This is the first report on a naturally occurring glycoside with a xyluronofuranose as the sugar moiety. © 1987.
