Sitosterol 3-O-β-D-xylopyranoside from Bauhinia candicans
A novel steroidal glycoside was isolated from aerial parts of Bauhinia candicans. Its structure was determined as sitosterol 3-O-β-D-xylopyranoside by chemical and spectral methods. © 1984.
