| Sumario: | Fractionation of the cetrimide salts of the sulfated polysaccharides of Nothogenia fastigiata led to the isolation of a complex galactan sulfate. This product showed compositional and molecular weight heterodispersion together with composition-, temperature-, time-, and conformation-dependent molecular associations.
