Double-pass parabolized ebert monochromator: Spatial filtering analysis of the aberrations
The influence of the residual coma on the spectral spread function in an in-plane parabolized Ebert monochromator of both single-pass and double-pass types is studied. The widths and intensities of that function corresponding to these systems are also compared. © 1987 Optical Society of America.
