The state of the art on Wells-Dawson heteropoly-compounds: A review of their properties and applications

A review of the structure, hydrolytic stability in solution, thermal stability in the solid state, redox-acid properties and applications of heteropoly-compounds (HPC) was presented. Sumario:A review of the structure, hydrolytic stability in solution, thermal stability in the solid state, redox-acid properties and applications of heteropoly-compounds (HPC) was presented. The Wells-Dawson structure was considered for studying the properties and applications of the compounds. It was found that the HPC catalyzed the oxidation of organic molecules with molecular oxygen and hydrogen peroxide.
