Sumario:This article is part of my master’s thesis in which I analyze collective actions that occur around different homicides in Neuquen city. In this opportunity, I will present the case of Belén and Franco, two young people who died run over in September 2008. The aim is to describe and analyze how the group was formed, their organization and the practices (actions of protest and pressure) they developed in the course of their struggle, identifying political and social joints and the type of demand they have. All this elements will allow us to identify the ways of “being victims”. In this sense, I will present a theoretical framework to contextualize the group in the tradition of collective action in our country and in Neuquen province, in order to analyze it in terms of collective subject with its own characteristics within the spectrum of civil society organizations and the trajectories of victims’ organizations in particular.
