Sumario:Nursing cultural and professional identity invisibly knits against the grain of health rights and study objective (professional care) gestating a questionable practice from a politic and ethic perspective. Perpetuating the identity crisis of whom historically suffer the legacy of religion and Nightingale's foundational seal that feminize the profession, gave innate specificity to care (reproductive dimension) but subordinate production serving the mercantile expansion of medicine. We will try to reflect about the internationalization and glottalization processes that have build and promoted leaders and advocates throughout several stages and organizations.
