Sumario:From the research project "The integral protection of rights: meanings from the Social Work perspective", developed within the framework of UNLuResearches in Progress for 2019, we inquired into the characterization of childhood social policies between 2009 and 2018/2019. It was taken into account its transformations and continuities in the area of influence of LujánUNLuheadquarters, particularly in Luján, Gral. Rodríguez and Mercedes Municipalities. In this research, we also aim to identify the meanings held by professionals to the categories: best interests of the child, integral protection of rights and construction of rights’ promotion and protection integral system.We think that these inquiries and the analysis started in this research will be a valuable input to analyze the local childhood policies within the mandatory preventive social isolation framework instated by the Government.Thus, we attempt to outline some points of analysis based on the different measures adopted by the national government that impact or involve the actors that belong to the Integral Children ́s Rights Protection System (SPIDN) and how they influence the exercise of the kids and adolescent’s rights (NNyA’s rights) within our territor
