Así, se propone resaltar el momento de la entrevista y a su vez en ella, la pregunta y la escucha como un arte que brinda posibilidades de consolidar sujetos autónomos y responsables a la par que se visibilizan supuestos socioculturales judiciales que obstaculizan el desarrollo de tales aspectos. En todo esto es decisiva la intervención interdisciplinaria, por lo que, entonces, el trabajo conduce a la formulación de una estrategia de abordaje específica a partir de intercambios dialógicos, restaurativos y con un enfoque en pos de los derechos humanos. The work aims to problematize and rethink professional practices in scenarios involving young people, in which a punitive sense prevails without real participation of the Other. Here interdisciplinary intervention becomes necessary; therefore, a specific approach strategy is proposed based on listening as an art and dialogic exchanges. We understand that Justice must work with the community in the interweaving of plots, where resources are strengthened and made effective in pursuit of sustainable strategies and with restorative positive action measures. We conclude that adolescents and their families have the fundamental right to be protected by the State and to have access to restorative processes that allow them to heal, to enjoy a life free of harm, to avoid becoming agents of social harm and to resolve the conflict from the root and the cause, in order to build a peaceful society from its origin — the family.
