This environment is shaped by infrastructure, teaching methods, and relationships within the educational community. In higher education, particularly in health-related training, the impact of peer and teacher interpersonal relationships, the quality of infrastructure, materials, and instruction stand out. This review, following the PRISMA strategy, selects seven out of seventy articles, highlighting findings related to educational spaces, relationships, and practical teaching, emphasizing the need to foster inclusive learning communities that support students' emotional well-being and academic performance. The conclusion is that improving the educational environment in health requires evidence-based strategies that address cultural differences and students' specific needs, incorporating aspects of spirituality and cultural diversity into the informal curriculum.
