In light of this, the present study aimed to understand the situation of educational organizations during the pandemic, focusing on the following educational phenomena: organizational resilience, educational improvement, and distributed leadership. To do this, the research was approached through the narrative review method, for which a total of sixty-two sources were examined, from the years 2020, 2021 and 2022. The study concludes that there is evidence of an increase in resilient capacities as well as the exercise of distributed leadership. Additionally, it was concluded that educational improvement facilitated the enhancement of actions related to teaching and learning processes during the pandemic.   Las organizaciones educativas fueron afectadas por la pandemia de la COVID-19 a nivel global, por lo cual, con la finalidad de continuar y seguir brindando el servicio educativo, muchas de ellas tuvieron que desarrollar estrategias y prácticas para lograr dicho objetivo. Ante esto, el presente estudio se orientó con el objetivo de comprender la situación de dichas organizaciones, durante la pandemia, desde los siguientes fenómenos educativos: la resiliencia organizacional, la mejora educativa y el liderazgo. Para ello, la investigación fue abordada a través del método de revisión narrativa, para lo cual se revisaron un total de sesenta y dos fuentes de los años 2020, 2021 y 2022. El estudio concluye que existe evidencia de una ganancia en las capacidades resilientes, así como en el ejercicio del liderazgo distribuido. A su vez, se concluyó que la mejora educativa permitió potenciar las acciones relacionadas con los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje durante la pandemia. Universidad Católica de Córdoba.
