this work is by no means complete, it is meant as an initial point. The goal is to arouse your
interest so that you can complete it.
It is true that anyone who works in a hotel is supposed to have a wide cultural outlook but this
does not mean to know what goes on in the world only. It is also necessary to know about our own
roots, origins, history.
Since we believe that learning implies doing, you will be asked to do things: to do your own
