Sumario:The species Homo Sapiens has evolved with a great uniqueness compared to other species of the Animalia kingdom. One of the many features of this kind is that it structures the experience of living with a psychic apparatus divided into systems. The spirit of this research is to investigate the constitution of the human psychic apparatus from a metapsychological perspective, considering the premise of a dialectic process between phylogenesis, sociogenesis and ontogenesis. Also, while the theoretical framework with which we define the mental apparatus and analyze its constitution is psychoanalysis, we support the essential idea to maintain an open dialogue with other theories and other disciplines. We believe that psychoanalysis has some fundamental notions in its knowledge for understanding the species in its current and evolutionary dimension.
