Sumario:Even if the currently South American reformist processes have restore the structure and weight of the National States in their respective societies, they didn‟t remove at all the pluricultural movements and their practices, that arose in the years before, but they articulate themselves with these new phenomena in diverse forms. This coexistence of heterogeneous cultural codes generates many troubles by the study, formulation and praxis of Politics, that in this contribution are dealt from an intercultural approach. It‟s about redefining the chances to use appropriately the concept of “political system” at the actual stage of development of the South American countries, without neglecting their cultural heterogeneity.
