Relaciones filogenéticas entre generos de la subtribu Oncidiinae (Epidendroideae: Orchidaceae) y un nuevo género: Santanderella
Santanderella is a new genus of orchid from Colombia with the species santanderella amado-rinconiana, which is related phenotypically to Macroclinium and Notylia. We conducted a molecular phylogenetic analysis using chloroplast DNA sequences (matK-trnK) and ribosomal DNA sequences (ITS1-...

| Sumario: | Santanderella is a new genus of orchid from Colombia with the species
santanderella amado-rinconiana, which is related phenotypically to Macroclinium
and Notylia. We conducted a molecular phylogenetic analysis using chloroplast
DNA sequences (matK-trnK) and ribosomal DNA sequences (ITS1-5.8S-ITS2).
Also, we developed a phylogenetic analysis combining molecular data and
morphological data that are used as taxonomic key. The results suggest that
Santanderella is a new genre from the phenotypic, ecological and molecular point
of view, which cannot be included within the Macroclinium or Notylia genre, which
is also an endemic species in Colombia. |
