| Sumario: | This article proposes to analyze 20 years of Argentina's foreign policy through a comparative
historical approach, inquiring particularly about the existence of elements of change and
continuity. In this sense, it will be established a theoretical framework specifying the variables
to consider, then will be identified and developed the characteristics of the historical periods to
be compared, 1989-2001 and 2002-2007, to finally reveal the existence of similarities and / or
differences in the international strategy carried out by each government. |
