| Sumario: | The article outlines the problems that arise in a democracy as result of the tensions that derive
from recognition problems. The proposition that it sustains is that the transformations of the
demands for? Of recognition of the differences in demands, of recognition of the diversities are
more adapted appropriate to the democratic citizenship. Being a concept that includes religious,
political, cultural, ideological, economic, of genre and ethnic dimensions, among others,
citizenship needs the recognition of the differences but on the acceptance of basic democratic
consensus. This recognition has, consequently, an impact not only on the type of public policies
that are applied but also on the political practices that are carried out. The study of Migration
argentine Law 25.871 set the empirical issues to understand theoretical problems about
democracy, citizenship and recognition. |
