| Sumario: | This work proposal, addresses the problem of the limited capacity of local governments and corporations to generate value and improve their competitiveness through sustainable innovation. This is due to a lack of strategic vision regarding the relevance of developing innovation capabilities and ineffective management of related processes and assets. The research seeks to identify the characteristics of successful innovation strategies and processes, factors influencing innovation management, differences in capabilities between governments and corporations, methods for measuring the impact of innovation management, and strategies to promote best practices. A mixed approach will be employed, combining the theoretical framework with case studies in local governments and corporations, applying the proposal to the case of Mendoza. The expected results include a consolidated theoretical framework, the identification of key factors in innovation management, a characterization of the innovation ecosystem in Mendoza, and the development of conclusions and recommendations specific to the province. |
