Drawing from Raúl Zibechi's concept of “metaphors of chaotic transitions”, Josefina Ludmer's notion of “the performative as profanation”, and Henri Lefebvre's ideas on public and private spaces, I explore how Portnoy redefines the movements of nature as tools for collective action and political change, emphasizing community networks and acts of solidarity. Este artículo analiza las representaciones de fenómenos naturales como huracanes y terremotos en el cuaderno Que tiemble de la autora puertorriqueña Ana Portnoy, publicado por La Impresora en 2023, y explora cómo estos fenómenos se reinterpretan como oportunidades para la resistencia colectiva construida desde el amor, en una sociedad precarizada por el colonialismo sistémico. A partir del concepto de “metáforas de transiciones caóticas”, propuesto por Raúl Zibechi; “lo performativo como profanación”, descrito por Josefina Ludmer; y la idea de Henri Lefebvre sobre los espacios públicos y privados, estudio cómo Portnoy redefine los movimientos de la naturaleza como herramientas para la acción colectiva y el cambio político, enfatizando las redes comunitarias y los actos solidarios.
