The cemetery is a characteristic institution of the urban environment and are typical monuments that have been erected to keep the memory and deeds of loved ones who stay in them. Symbolically it is as a place where social memory expressed, protecting the history of the community and where visits to allow maintenance of the same historical story and the tragic events that have characterized the city. |
