Sumario:León Carlos Arslanian is one of the six judges who served on the Federal Criminal Court of the City of Buenos Aires, the tribunal that in 1985 tried the military leadership for crimes committed within the framework of state terrorism during the last military dictatorship (1976-1983). On March 27, 2025, María José Sarrabayrouse Oliveira and Josefina Martínez interviewed Dr. Arslanian in his office on Carlos Pellegrini Street and obtained the direct testimony of one of the protagonists of the historic Juicio a las Juntas, in the year of its 40th anniversary.
