| Sumario: | This article aims to address both the tensions of being a teacher and their building of school life after the pandemic outbreak. It uses the discourses that teachers of the secondary level of the San Martín district have regarding the experience of virtuality, the difficulties concerning technological resources and Internet access, and the results and achievements obtained. This includes to look at the ways their students went through isolation and distance education. At the same time, we will characterize the teachers’ collective worldview about the day after the pandemic and what they would change from what it was done or it is being done nowadays. To this end, the results here discussed are part of a qualitative and exploratory methodological design research which is based on in-depth interviews conducted during the year 2020. This research process had an implicit goal which was to explore the dynamics of schooling through a collaborative and participatory process conceiving to teachers not as objects but as subjects of research. |
