| Sumario: | The geographical space, many times, may seem an abstract concept for those who investigate or seek to investigate its sociocultural dimension. Furthermore , taking into account the literature about and some other academics findings towards contemporary/postmodern/emerging geographies, this article’s purpose is to share some thoughts on the subject. Different analytical keys will be involved, each of them through the light of the current academic context. Although we recognize that reality appears complex and dynamic, “untying” the socio-spatial is a relevant maneuver to understand more reliably certain issues and problematizations that appear confusing. In this contribution, social space, socio-sexual space and sexual space can be delimiting and intelligible geographical keys for cultural-social analysis. |
