| Sumario: | Research data management is a key component of today’s scientific and academic landscape, as it ensures the preservation, reuse, and visibility of information, thereby facilitating the advancement of knowledge. Within this framework, libraries and repositories play a crucial role by providing services and training that support the academic community in managing their data effectively. In this context, the Technical Office of the Institutional Repository of CONICET, CONICET Digital, organized and delivered a series of training sessions on research data throughout 2024, targeting the CONICET community. This initiative, among the pioneering large-scale efforts in the national scientific and academic domain, aimed to promote awareness and skills in the use, deposit, and reuse of research data. It had a notably positive impact: a significant increase in interest in data management among researchers, fellows, and support staff at the institution, as well as a rise in self-archiving activity within the repository.
