Sumario:The presence of the printing press in the monastery of Fitero, located in the southern part of the Kingdom of Navarre (today Spain), is examined. In 1606, following a purchase, a press was installed along with all its necessary tools and several works were produced, including Exordia sacri ordinis cisterciensis. Two previously unknown prints from 1607 have recently been discovered. These previously unrecognized bibliographical testimonies serve as evidence of the monks’ use of the printing press while simultaneously enabling us to trace the stay of Esteban Liberós in the monastery as a printer.
