The hierarchical and regulation-ordered relationships displayed every day within the judicial power are reinforced through these juridical rituals and coexist with the principles of legality and equality before the law. In this sense, I will trace those elements in oral trials that will allow me to visualize the characteristics of a juridical culture that tests on the conflicting interaction between these two types of relationships. El objetivo de este artículo se centrará en el análisis del funcionamiento de los juicios orales, entendiendo a dicho procedimiento judicial como un ritual jurídico que proporciona un sitio clave para bucear en las relaciones entre poder, uso del lenguaje y usa del espacio en el ámbito de la justicia penal de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. Las relaciones jerárquicas y estatutarias que se despliegan cotidianamente en el ámbito del poder judicial son reforzadas a través de estos rituales jurídicos y a su vez coexisten con los principios de legalidad e igualdad ante la ley. En este sentido, analizaré los juicios orales rastreando aquellos elementos que permitan visualizar las características de una cultura jurídica sostenida en estos dos tipos de relaciones, que conviven de forma conflictiva.
