| Sumario: | The “procedimientos policiales fraguados” (fabricated police procedures) are police interventions in which the crime has been staged, resulting in the victimization of those persons who are wrongfully imprisoned. The proposed analysis of these procedures focuses on those conditions that make them possible and their continuousness in time. In this article I center my analysis in the identification and investigation of the police force faculties. Especially those that avail officers to intervene in suspicious situations and proceed to inspect and arrest people without a court order to face trial. My interest is to report how categories like suspicious situations, instead of grounding or basing the police intervention, it legitimates it a posteriori. |
