| Sumario: | In this paper, we present the process through which a program destined to identify and care undernourished children was elaborated by the professionals of a primary heath care centre of Buenos Aires City . We emphasize the formalizations in which the body is perceived and the “culturalism” that characterize the etiology as fundamental aspects in this process. We propose that the moral field that contextualize and legitimate the professional practice constitutes an interpretative clue to understand the singularities of the medical construction of the reality. |
