| Sumario: | In a context of legal recongnition of sexual and reproductive rights in the City of Buenos Aires , the access to tubal ligation effectively limits the contents and real reach of the rights constituting women's citizenship. In this article we analyze some of the claims presented from 2000 to 2005 en the Office of the Ombudsman of the City of Buenos Aires regarding the realization of tubal ligation procedures in the public health services of the City. A review of the files generated through this demand circuit from the point of view of biopower and biolegitimacy lest us identify the logics with which the different social actors operate in this particular field of public policy. |
