Sumario:In the last few decades, social housing policies in Mexico have caused scattered urban territories and with low-density, with strong presence of the living individual, confined to enclosed spaces without mixed soil uses conducive to the close proximity and directed to a lifestyle with preference towards private motorization. The search for strategies to facilitate the performance of tasks of daily frequency. Consequently, this fact has given the emergence of intracondominal transport as flexible service of displacement for inhabiting the urban territory. The present text is a first approximation to this phenomenon, to explore the emergence of so-called service community liaison, its trend and meaning that has the means of transport in the uses of the inhabitants.
